  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or anything that might affect our Teams safety and health.

  • We require payments are made at least 24 hours prior to the cleaning service.

  • Since parking in LA can be difficult, if free street parking is not available, customer must provide a parking spot.

  • We do not lift any appliances or furniture heavier than 25 pounds.

  • We need electricity and water in order to properly perform the cleaning service.

 

  • For Move In/Move Out services property must be empty.

  • If the customer is not home, door will be locked unless instructed otherwise.

  • Tips are not mandatory but they're greatly appreciated. They can be added at the time of booking as well as giving directly to your cleaning team.

  • We love pets! However, it's your responsibility to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll happily assist you.

Post-construction 

  • If your property requires Post Construction services please use "Special Instructions" to specify which areas were remodeled and we'll get back to you with an custom quote or Contact Us.

  • Please make sure the construction is completely finished by the time of the cleaning visit, otherwise we won't provide our Guarantee of Service.

  • Please note we do not remove any construction related substances or residuals such as grout, cement, paint, concrete, etc.
