We require payments are made at least 24 hours prior to the cleaning service.
Since parking in LA can be difficult, if free street parking is not available, customer must provide a parking spot.
We do not lift any appliances or furniture heavier than 25 pounds.
We need electricity and water in order to properly perform the cleaning service.
For Move In/Move Out services property must be empty.
If the customer is not home, door will be locked unless instructed otherwise.
Tips are not mandatory but they're greatly appreciated. They can be added at the time of booking as well as giving directly to your cleaning team.
We love pets! However, it's your responsibility to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Post-construction
If your property requires Post Construction services please use "Special Instructions" to specify which areas were remodeled and we'll get back to you with an custom quote or Contact Us.
Please make sure the construction is completely finished by the time of the cleaning visit, otherwise we won't provide our Guarantee of Service.
Please note we do not remove any construction related substances or residuals such as grout, cement, paint, concrete, etc.
